No Refunds Policy for Digital Products
Thanks for purchasing our digital products! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on any digital products that have been purchased. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital products that you have purchased.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree to waive cancellation rights in order for digital content to be provided.
All sales are final. Once you have purchased a digital product, you are responsible for downloading and/or using the product. If you have any questions or concerns about the product, please contact us prior to purchasing the product.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
Pre-built stores purchased post to Oct 31st 2024: A refund is only permitted if proof of 4 consecutive months of running your shopify basic plan with NO sales made is provided.
This must be in the form of screenshots of your Shopify billing, proving 4 months have been paid for.
Please provide all evidence required for a refund to the given email and your refund will be processed once eligibility has been confirmed: support@beckettstores.com

Pre-built stores purchased Jan 29th 2024 - Oct 31st 2024: A refund is only permitted if proof of 40 consecutive days of running your shopify store on a basic plan with NO sales made is provided - meaning you have paid for your £1 Shopify trial in addition to a minimum of 1 month on a full cost shopify plan
This must be in the form of screenshots of your Shopify billing, proving 2 months have been paid for (Your first month at £1 cost and your second month at the full cost Shopify plan)
